We bought our home with RJ in 2011 and she guided us through every step of the way. We were first-time home buyers and very nervous. We set a budget and did some searches, but were struggling to find a place we liked. She found us a home just outside of our budget that she thought we could get for the below list price. We first met RJ when she was representing an open house. We were looking for an experienced agent to help us with our home search, and thought, "she's the one"! Lucky for us, she was available and represented us in purchasing the house we live in now. Our transaction became complicated as the house had been damaged during the last part of the sales negotiations. The seller’s tried to get out of the deal, we believe because after the needed renovations they may get a higher sales price. RJ helped us through it all, supporting us professionally with her expert advice and emotionally standing by us when the negotiations with the sellers became extremely difficult. When we finally closed the deal, RJ gave us a present for our son - a toy kitchen stove set - because it was the kitchen where the water damage started! We still have it and our daughter now enjoys playing with it now. We recently purchased a house and RJ was our agent. My husband and I started looking for a house by going to open houses and we met RJ at one of the open houses we went to. She made a really good first impression to us and we're glad that we chose her to be our agent. She was very helpful from the beginning to the end. Unlike other agents, we never find her pushy, she was very honest with giving her opinion.
